    Privacy Notice This privacy notice discloses the privacy practices for New Journey PAC (newjourneypac.org and newjourneypac.com). This privacy notice applies solely to information collected by this website. It will notify you of the following: 1. How you can correct any inaccuracies in the information. Information Collection, Use, and Sharing 1. We are the sole owners of the information collected on this site. We only have access to/collect information that you voluntarily give us via email or other direct contact from you. Unless you specifically ask us not to, we may share this information to our affiliates and partners on occasion; and, we may share your information with other third party organizations for promotional purposes. 2. Unless you ask us not to, we may contact you via email in the future to tell you about specials, new products or services, or changes to this privacy policy. Your Access to and Control Over Information You may opt out of any future contacts from us at any time through automated links located in our newsletter or on this site. Security We take precautions to protect your information. Our payment processor is Anedot or Rallypay (dependent upon which website you use), our registrar  provider and host is Google Domains. They are first class in the protection of your data, however, we are limited by the services they provide. We use third-party services to host and protect your data . When you submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and offline. Wherever we collect sensitive information (such as credit card data), that information is encrypted and transmitted to us in a secure way. You can verify this by looking for a lock icon in the address bar and looking for "https" at the beginning of the address of the Web page. While we use encryption to protect sensitive information transmitted online, we also protect your information offline. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, billing or customer service) are granted access to personally identifiable information. The computers/servers in which we store personally identifiable information are kept in a secure environment.     Disclaimer for Donations

    When people donate they agree to the following:

     

    1. I am a United States citizen or a foreign national lawfully admitted with permanent residence status in the United States (e.g., a "green card holder")

    2. This contribution is made from the funds of the donor identified above, and is not reimbursed by another.

    3. This contribution is not made from the treasury of an entity or person who is a federal contractor (does not apply to personal contributions by subcontractors, employees, partners, shareholders or officers of federal contractors), or a national bank.

    4. If the contribution is from a corporation or business entity, it is a US chartered corporation or business.

    5. This contribution is made on a credit or debit card of the donor listed above for which the donor has legal obligation to pay, and is not made on the card of another.

     

    Federal law requires us to use our best efforts to collect and report the name, mailing address, occupation and employer of each donor whose contributions exceed $200 in a calendar year.

     

    Contributions to New Journey PAC are not tax deductible as charitable contributions for federal income tax purposes.

     

    Contributions are not tax-deductible for federal income tax purposes and will be used in connection with federal elections. Contributions from foreign nationals or entities are prohibited. Use of the name and likeness of any candidate or officeholder is for the purpose of this PACs political communication only and IN NO WAY indicates any authorization by, affiliation with, direction from, or endorsement by that person of any kind.
